Responsibilities
We anticipate success in this position will include
– Supplier management, evaluation and monitoring.
– Cash management (as custodian) and reporting.
– Periodic and one-time bank letters and forms.
– Banking solutions files and reports.
– Check the order window to make sure it is open
– Conduct payment package verification to ensure all components are in order.
– Provide assistance in the preparation of year-end audit confirmation letters for clients.
– Provide assistance in the creation of RFS creation E-forms (backup).
– Offer ad hoc support in compiling backup documents during audits.
– Oversee daily administrative tasks on the Vantagepoint ERP system.
– Create, update, and maintain profiles of consultants in the Vantage ERP system.

Requirements
In order to achieve success in this dynamic opportunity, it is expected that candidates possess a minimum of three years of work experience, coupled with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration. Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages will be considered advantageous.
